Lance has been an Okanagan resident since 1978, this has given him a refined perspective on local regions and neighborhoods throughout the Valley. He has had the opportunity and diversity to live and work on an orchard, spend a contrasting period in Kitsalino while attending Landscape Architecture UBC and now he enjoys his waterfront home just 2 minutes from the core of downtown.
For the last twenty years Lance has been active in self employed positions that required extensive contract negotiation. Ten years of design build contracting and ten years in Marketing Reverse Audit Services to the top executives of the Fortune 2000. Lance has built a skill set to listen and understand your requirements, needs, desires and most importantly, put his experience and skills into action for you.
 His passions, outside of real estate, include motorcycles and boats. In fact his extended trips of riding up and down the valley were the propagator of the real estate bug. Watching homes and bare acreages change hands and develop into beautiful estates has always intrigued him – so have the price changes. It’s easy to take what you’ve always seen for granted; this is no longer the case in the Valley and especially in Kelowna. The international community has taken notice and is willing to heavily invest in one of the greatest regions and countries in the world. Lance wanted to be part of this development and assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions based on his local experience and international marketing expertise.
